The sponge is designed to precisely control the amount of water in the brush when painting with watercolors and other water-based techniques, avoiding unwanted streaks, stains and excessive transfer of pigment to the surface of the paper. Made of exceptionally dense and porous material, which has a remarkable absorption capacity without causing dripping. Particularly useful for making lasers and corrections, and is also excellent for palette cleaning. It hardens as it dries, which not only makes it easier to store, but also increases the efficiency of water absorption for the next use. 

Directions for use:
Simply wet the sponge gently before use to restore its full functionality. Due to the intensity of use, the manufacturer recommends replacing the sponge every 6 months or so, although this period may vary depending on individual use.
