Caran d'ache pastel crayons, thanks to the high concentration of the highest quality pure pigments, are characterized by rich and intense colors with a loose consistency. They provide a wide range of shading options, from mist, through subtle effects of transparency to intense and highly opaque colors. In the range of 84 colors, as many as 61 will keep their color unchanged for over 50 years, and some of them even for over 100 years. Great care is taken to mark the color at the tip of each crayon to match the color of the graphite. The casing is made of the highest quality FSC certified Californian cedar.
