Shipping costs

Shipment with "Prepayment to your account" means that you should pay the entire amount of the order along with the cost of transport to your account, while the "Pobraniowa" shipment means that we pay the courier for cash on delivery.
We send ordered goods by courier Pocztex Courier 48 or courier DPD.
Pocztex Kurier Postage48 - it reaches the orderer in Poland usually within 48 hours from the date of dispatch (working days). If you do not deliver the package to the address or to the collection point, please contact the store as soon as possible. The missed package is waiting for about 5 days at the post office. Please provide the mobile phone which is necessary to send the package and receive notifications about its receipt.
 
DPD shipment - delivery time is 1-2 days from the date of sending the parcel (WORKING).
DPD BROUGHT ON A MAIL AND A SMS SHIPPING NUMBER AND INFORMATION IN WHICH HOURS YOU CAN EXPECT THE COURIER.
 
The cost of a shipment depends on the weight of the package, which always consists of:
- weight of ordered goods,
- the weight of packaging and materials protecting the parcel.
 
After adding the goods to the basket, the approximate weight of the whole parcel is automatically given.
 
COD shipments are charged only up to PLN 500, we only ship by courier. If the customer decides to pick up more than PLN 199 (there is no free delivery). Consignment shipments are sent up to a maximum of PLN 500. Shipment over 500 PLN can be sent on delivery after prior agreement with the store service - then please enter in the comment to the order information POST SHIPPING PLN 11.90 (orders up to PLN 1000 with shipping costs).

PACKAGE SHOULD BE CHECKED AT COURIER (EXTERNAL STATUS, CONTENT). THE BASIS FOR THE DECLARATION OF A DEFECTIVE PACKAGE IS LISTED WITH THE COURIER PROTOCOL COMPLAINT. PROTOCOL SHOULD SCALE OR MAKE A PHOTO AND MAKE AN OFFER AT THE MAIL STORE. THE COACHING COMPANY DOES NOT INFORM THE STORE WITH THE LISTED PROTOCOLS.

If the weight of the order with the value below PLN 300 exceeds 30kg, we pack the goods to the next package.
 
Shopping for PLN 199 and above is sent at our expense! (this does not apply to international shipments, pallets and pick-up items).

WE ARE SENDING A COURIER POSTER 48H, WITH ITS EDDERS DPD.
 
EXCEPTIONS are easels and orders with goods exceeding 100 kg. The cost can be omitted after prior arrangement with the store's service.
 
WHEN YOU ACCOUNT THE ACCOUNT, YOU SHOULD PAY THE TOTAL QUARTER OF THE ORDER (COST OF GOODS + SHIPPING COST)
 
Pocztex courier 48 (only PREPAYMENT to the account):
(Shipment is sent when the full amount for the ordered goods is credited to our account, the courier has to deliver 48 hours from the date of posting -DWA WORKING).
 
NOTE: the condition to receive a notification from the Polish post about the status of the shipment is to provide the CELL CALL NUMBER (the notification is sent by SMS).

Foreign shipments - the cost of such a shipment is determined individually (information is sent to the email after placing the order).
 
MAXIMUM DIMENSIONS OF AN INTERNATIONAL PACKAGE:
 
the longest side of the parcel can not exceed 90cm, and the sum of three sides can not be more than 3 meters.
 
Parcels abroad are sent by Polish post (there is no possibility of shipping to a post office), the cost of a shipment in accordance with the Polish post, the cost of a shipment depends on the weight of the shipment (weight of the goods + packaging). The store sends the price of the economic and priority packages to the customer's choice.
