Magnani 1404 Toscana watercolor block is a unique product, appreciated by professional artists and watercolor enthusiasts. Made of 100% purest cotton fibers, this paper is acid-free, chlorine-free and contains no optical brighteners, which guarantees its durability and resistance to yellowing for more than a century. It has been double-sidedly bonded internally and externally using vegan agents, which ensures its stable surface with balanced absorbency, ideal for working with a variety of water-based media. Thanks to the use of long cotton fibers, this paper stands up exceptionally well to all corrections and paint removal from its surface, while having high water absorption without becoming deformed. This paper is perfect for techniques such as watercolor, tempera, gouache, ink or acrylic, and is also suitable for working with pencil, crayons, pastels and charcoal.
