The kit includes:
- Crystal Resin (Bio based Crystal Resin) is a transparent, shiny, bubble-free substance that is easy to work with thanks to its two-component composition (resin A and hardener B). It has a liquid consistency and is ideal for casting in molds. After drying, it reaches the appropriate hardness. Capacity 150 ml.
- 3 pigments in intense white, silver and black colors. They have high lightfastness and mix with each other in an infinite number of shades. Thanks to precise dosing, you can control the degree of opacity: depending on the dosing, you can get opaque or transparent colors. Pigments can be mixed with solvent-based products. Capacity 20 ml.
- Silver 4Artist marker with a 2 mm wide nib. Universal, opaque and permanent oil-based marker. It can be applied to various types of surfaces and is lightfast.
- 2 flexible molds made of silicone with a diameter of 13 cm. Resin does not stick to them, which makes them easy to remove.
- 2 mixing spatulas, 2 measuring cups, gloves and instructions with sample inspirations.
Usage:
Pour 1 portion of hardener and 2 portions of resin into a clean and dry container. Mix them thoroughly, paying attention to filling the edges at the edges. Stir carefully for 2 minutes to avoid creating air bubbles. Then pour the substances into a separate container to completely get rid of air bubbles and mix for another 2 minutes. The resin is ready to be poured into molds, it can be colored by adding a little pigment to it and mixed again. The substance prepared in this way should be poured into the mould, paying attention to the exact filling of the edges at the edges. It is recommended to pour small amounts of resin, creating layers no thicker than 2 cm. Protect the whole from dust and air for the drying time, which lasts about 24 hours. The hardening time may vary depending on temperature and air humidity.
Avoid contact with eyes and skin, and wear the gloves included in the kit.
