Pebeo two-component bio resin 4+2L

Two-component epoxy resin system: 4 liters of organic resin (A) and 2 liters of hardener (B). Pebeo's gedeo resin is 50% bio-based, making it safer and more environmentally friendly. After drying, it creates a hard, transparent and shiny surface. It is ideal for casting in large areas, for making jewelry or for use as a protective varnish. Can be applied on such surfaces as: wood, metal, canvas, silicone, plastic. Precautions should be taken when using.

Usage:
- first pour 1 part of Crystal B hardener into a dry and clean container, then 2 parts of Crystal A resin,
- mix the ingredients (improper mixing may cause the resin to not harden, while too vigorous mixing may result in the appearance of air bubbles),
- pour the mixture into the second container and mix again,
- set aside for 5 minutes to remove air bubbles,
- pour on previously prepared surface (clean and degreased),
- the mixture should be used up to 45 minutes from the moment of preparation,
- leave to dry for 24 hours in a dust-free space. Drying time may vary depending on ambient temperature.

It is not recommended to cast surfaces thicker than 2 cm at once. Once cured, the resin will not withstand prolonged contact at temperatures above 50°C or below 0°C.

Precautions should be taken when using a two-component resin:
- wear gloves
- avoid contact with skin and eyes,
- Gedeo resins are not intended for contact with food,
- components of Bio Crystal Resin should not be mixed with other components of the Gedeo resin range,
- products made of resin, even after drying, do not tolerate contact with water.
