Schmincke college series medium, in the form of a thick liquid, is a product designed to slow down the drying process of acrylic paints, which is particularly useful when painting with the "wet on wet" technique. Its addition, in the amount of about 20%, makes it possible to extend the drying time of paint by about 50%, which allows artists to work longer on a painting and comfortably paint large areas without haste. The product is ready to use and should be mixed with acrylic paints on a separate palette in a proportion not exceeding 30% of the paint volume. It is ideal for price-conscious users as well as beginners who do not want to sacrifice quality. The medium should not be used in pure form, and the tools can be easily cleaned with soap and water after use. The product can also be diluted with water, which further increases its versatility.
