Renowned Magnani 1404 watercolor paper, 100% cotton, cold-pressed and 300 gsm. Produced using traditional methods on cylindrical drum machines. The paper is acid-free, which guarantees resistance to aging and yellowing. Bonded on both sides internally and externally, using a synthetic equivalent of gelatin.

An excellent primer for watercolors on various surfaces: canvas, paper, plaster, fibreboard, glass, metal, plastic. For best results, glass, metal and plastic should be sanded before applying the primer. The primer hardens within 24-72 hours, after which watercolor can be applied.

The masking powder can be applied to the paper before painting. The areas covered with the powder will remain white, revealing the texture of the paper, similar to masking liquid. Powder-coated areas can be easily removed with an eraser and then re-painted with watercolors.
