The paints are characterized by the same viscosity, smooth consistency, high lightfastness and excellent spreadability on the painted surface. The clarity and fluidity of watercolors results in achieving uniform, streak-free washing and wonderful, transparent effects. Winsor & Newton replaced the expensive pigments in this series with cheaper, but still high-quality, counterparts. So don't worry about a good standard of watercolors in this series. Simple in design, white, durable box not only has space for watercolor paints, but also serves as a palette.
